Recipes update will make Sole Meunieres. Fish fillet soft tasty savory more delicious cooked with butter. Given a little lemon juice to taste more fresh acid. Served warm with boiled potato.Yummy!

Sole Meunieres

Sole Meunieres Ingredients :
-         500 g fillet sole / Seabass
-         2 tablespoons flour
-         1 teaspoon salt
-         2 tablespoons olive oil
-         250 ml fish broth
-         1/2 teaspoon pepper
-         2 tablespoons lemon water
-         1 teaspoon lemon peel
-         2 tablespoons butter
-         1 teaspoon chopped parsley
-         complement :
-         500 g potatoes, cut into finger size

How to make Sole Meunieres :
-         Sprinkle fish fillets with salt until blended
-         Marinate fish fillets with flour until blended
-         Heat the olive oil in a flat pan
-         Insert the fish, and cook until both sides stiff
-         Add 1 tablespoon butter, cook until butter melts, fish surface rather dry and yellowish
-         Lift the fish, put it on a serving plate
-         Reheat a used pan
-         Add pepper, fish broth, and lemon water
-         Boil then strain . Give chopped parsley, mix well
-         Heat a little broth in a pan , put a little butter , and cook until melted
-         Add salt and pepper
-         Enter the potatoes and stir well
-         Arrange potatoes at fish side on a serving plate
-         Give the sauce and serve warm
