Inari Sushi

Inari Sushi Ingredients :

100 g sushi rice

1 piece aburage
( fried tofu skin )

gravy :
-
1 ooba
-
little sesame
-
little gari
-
300 ml water
-
30 g sugar
-
45 ml kikkoman shoyu
How to make Inari Sushi:

Cut inari (fried
tofu skins) into two
-
Boil water,
sugar and Kikkoman until boiling
-
Add inari and
boil for 15-20 minutes
-
Lift inari and
chill
-
Fill out the
inside of the skin with sushi rice

Serve
