Chocolate Rock Brownies Ingredients :

-         120 g dark chocolate, chopped

-         120 g unsalted butter

-         100 g sugar

-         3 eggs

-         1 teaspoon vanilla powder

-         1/4 teaspoon salt

-         140 g flour

-         1 teaspoon baking powder

-         75 g mini marshmallows

-         75 g chocolate chips

How to make Chocolate Rock Brownies:

-         Cook dark chocolate and butter until melted

-         While warm , put sugar , stirring until the sugar melted

-         Add eggs one by one and whisk until smooth and thick

-         Sift flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt

-         Insert gradually into the chocolate mixture

-         Stir until blended

-         Pour into 18 cm rectangular baking dish that has been polished butter

-         Sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows

-         Bake in hot oven, 180 C for 30 min

-         Lift and let cool

-         Cut into pieces and serve
